All “Carmen Medlin for SCACD Digital” images are intended for the personal use of the sole purchaser. The purchaser cannot email, transfer or swap any digital image purchased with other people/parties.
Selling or distributing “Carmen Medlin for SCACD Digital” images is not allowed, either digitally (in any form) or as printed images black and white or uncolored.
You may not use “Carmen Medlin for SCACD Digital” images to produce any commercial product such as, but not limited to, promotional material and rubber/polymer stamps unless permission is granted.
Incorporating images into corporate logos or use within commercial artwork will infringe upon copyright and is not allowed.
A limited license is given for the sale of hand crafted items online, local shops, or craft fairs using our images as long as each item is individually created by hand (no mass production). No photocopying or mechanical reproduction of images is allowed unless permission is granted.
You do not have the permission to create an SVG file to give or sell to another person/party although the creation of such a file is permitted for your own personal use only.
When selling hand crafted items using our images you must include the following credit line:

Handcrafted items must be finished works. The sale/sharing of printed black and white images or colored images that do not form part of a completed project are NOT permitted.
Uncolored digital images may not be posted on blogs or shared on social media sites for example (but not limited to) Pinterest or Facebook.
EDITING DIGITAL IMAGES:
You may resize, mask, flip the image but if you are using the image "as is" you cannot alter the line art in any manner. Please note that you cannot use a part of a “Carmen Medlin for SCACD Digital” image, add your own line art to it and call it your own original creation. This would infringe on the copyright.
Use of an image for classes requires written permission.
Carmen Medlin and SCACD reserve the right to adjust or add to the terms of use due to situations that may arise without notice. All rights are reserved.
